We are planning to offer a service to facilitate meetings between interested individuals
You can describe what you can offer and/or what you are looking for. For example, you could use this opportunity to meet RSEs who work in a similar field or share similar interests. Junior RSEs could use it to meet more senior RSEs.
This is how it will work:
- The registration form will ask you if you are interested in participating.
- We will then contact you to get more details.
- Matched participants will then be notified, leaving it to them to organise exactly when and where to meet during the day, e.g. during a coffee break or the apero.
Registration and call for proposals
Registration and call for proposals are open. Fill out the form to register and/or to submit a presentation or other contribution.
Contributions can fall in one of the following categories:
- a 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute discussion
- a digital presentation during the apero. We plan to organise screens, but you may need to present from your laptop. This is an opportunity to showcase software you have developed, demonstrate tools you like or give a live demo of how you use an AI agent, among other things.
- a poster.
