 and online\non **Tuesday\, 15 December\, from 13:00 to 17:00**.\n\n## Abst
 ract\n\nDuring the RSECon26\, I asked various people the question "*how do
  you\ncollaborate on purely vibe-coded software*". Many people were curiou
 s\nthemselves about the answer\, so I thought it would be an interesting e
 xperiment\nto do!\n\nThus we are organising a 4h VIBE-A-THON on **Tuesday\
 , the 15th of December from\n1pm to 5pm**.\n\nParticipants will work on th
 e same **project that has yet\nto be determined**\, using their favourite
 LLM tools.\n\nWe'll collect as much anonymised data as possible and then s
 earch for\ninflection points where collaboration improved or worsened.\n\n

  27th of November.\n\nThe time after that is for final preparations and de
 ciding which project to work on.\n\n## Preparation\n\nAfter the sign-up ph
 ase\, we will take the following steps:\n\n- Assign groups of two to three
  people.\n- Announce all open-space meeting rooms (we will provide one at
 EPFL and one at ETHZ).\n- Ask you to accept our privacy policy and rules.\
 n- If we secure sponsors for LLM tokens\, we will set up your LLM tools to
  use our API endpoints.\n\n\n## The day of the Vibe-a-thon\n\nThe **locati
 on** depends on the availability of rooms:\nYou can either meet physically
  with your group\, join an open space (there will\nbe at least one at EPFL
  and one at ETHZ)\, or join online.\n\nSetup:\n- One project\n- One gitlab
  repo\, empty\n- One [LaSuite-Meet](https://documentation-meet.beta.numeri
 que.gouv.fr/) video conference\n- One matrix space\n- Many many tokens\n-
 4h of time\n\n## Follow-up\n\nWe'll create an anonymised dataset which we
 publish under a CC license\,\nso interested people can have a look at it t
 hemselves.\nThen we'll create a short evaluation and look which insights\n
 are useful in the context of LLMs:\n\n- which types of collaboration advan
 ced the project the most?\n- what activities / steps improved the collabor
 ation?\n- what important decisions have been made?\n\nIf there is interest
